Dear Devicescape,

I'm using Nokia E51 phone and can't signup because I can't input data into the form via devicescape software.

I've already restarted my mobile but it still not working.



Have any solution to fix this ?

Hello,

It is a known problem specific to the E51. I have passed your message on to the Nokia team as I know they have been working on this. They might be able to get you an early access version (signed for your device, so they will need your IMEI) that fixes it. I don't think we have a signed version back yet that includes the fix.

For all E51 users:

We added some new features in our 2.0.53 release and Nokia's E51 firmware doesn't really support it. We already escalated the problem to Nokia for a firmware update.

In the meantime, please private message me your phone's IMEI#(press *#06# on your phone) and your email address. I will provide a working package for you until our next official release is rolled out.
