Login to the Telenet Belgium hotspots (TELENETHOTSPOT) fails. I have tried several locations, and they invariably fail. This is the reason I got the Easy Wi-Fi iPhone app.

Hello,

What type of account do you have with Telenet? Also, can you send me a personal message containing the Devicescape UUID for your device (from the Settings screen in the application) - that way I can enable log collection and take a look at what is happening.

One of the Telenet credential types (which I believe is from their DSL accounts) is not currently working, and we were unable to get any answers from Telenet about how to support those accounts properly. I believe at least part of the problem relates to a bug that is fixed in the update currently being reviewed by Apple though. To check that, please try downloading our free Serengeti app, and linking that to your Devicescape account. It contains the fix for the bug already.

I am a Telenet Turbonet Cable subscriber, which includes free use of the telenet hotspots.

my Device UUID has been set to you in a PM.
